The Automotive Hall of Fame is proud to announce our “Celebrated Alumni” for 2016. These men and women are celebrating milestone induction anniversaries this year and will be honored at the 2016 Induction Ceremony held at Cobo Center on July 21. The Hall of Fame introduced the concept of Celebrated Alumni at the 2015 Induction Ceremony as a way to recognize previously inducted individuals for their accomplishments.
Our 2016 celebrated alumni includes previous inductees like early automotive pioneer Wilhelm Maybach; world renowned salesman Joe Girard; journalism legend and accomplished racer Denise McCluggage; former NASCAR chairman and series promoter Bill France Jr.; automotive statistics visionary Ralph Lane Polk II; advertising titan and co-founder of the Campbell-Ewald marketing firm Frank J. Campbell; distinguished Mercedes-Benz stylist Bruno Sacco; and many more.
Our complete list of 2016 Celebrated Alumni are listed below. Join us at this year’s Induction Ceremony to help honor these amazing men and women who have moved the world forward.
