The Automotive Hall of Fame would like to thank everyone who attended our 2018 Induction Ceremony at the MGM Grand Detroit. This was a record-breaking year for the ceremony, with over 650 guests in attendance to celebrate the induction of Mike Jackson, Tom and Ray Magliozzi, Frank Stronach and Kiichiro Toyoda into the Automotive Hall of Fame.

General Motors executive Steve Kiefer was also given the Distinguished Service Citation for his work with the Kiefer Foundation to end distracted driving.

We are extremely pleased with how well the induction ceremony came together this year and hope everyone who was in attendance enjoyed their evening.

We would like to thank our sponsors for their generosity and support. Our title sponsor was Magna International with presenting sponsors AutoNation and JM Family Enterprises. Our premium sponsors were Cox Automotive, Ford Motor Company and General Motors and we had numerous corporate sponsors to thank as well.

We would also like to thank display vehicle owners Michael Bonnar and Jack Valentine for providing their Mercedes-Benz 190 SL and MG Midget for the ceremony. We are also thankful to Magna International and the Petersen Museum for providing the Torrero concept car and Toyoda AA sedan and to the Kiefer and PEERS Foundations for providing the distracted driving simulator.
