Randy Miller is EY’s Global Automotive and Transportation Sector Leader. Based in Detroit, Randy is responsible for leading the sector and developing the sector strategy and initiatives, globally.

EY’s Automotive and Transportation sector delivers purpose-led, transformative solutions to clients to improve the movement of people and goods around the world. The globally expansive network, of more than 13,000 professionals, is focused on building a better working world by teaming with public and private companies to address the business issues of today and tomorrow, including: The Future of mobility; Customer innovation and building the future of automotive retail; Planning for uncertainty; Reinventing the supply chain and; Securing strategic resources.

Randy has over 25 years of consulting and client service experience. In addition to his Global Automotive and Transportation Leader role, Randy is also a lead Global Client Service Partner and Champion for Diversity and Inclusiveness. As a Global Client Service Partner, Randy has worldwide accountability for planning and executing our client service strategy and the overall quality of our services to one of EY’s global priority automotive accounts – General Motors. As a Champion for Diversity and Inclusiveness Randy works to promote a diverse and inclusive work culture. Randy previously served as the Global Automotive Advisory Leader where he was responsible for developing the Center’s automotive advisory strategy and go-to market plans, establishing automotive communities around the world and sponsoring the Center’s automotive solution innovation and development.

Randy has sponsored, authored and spoken on numerous thought leadership pieces on gender parity, the future of mobility, global risk, and other automotive topics. Prior to joining EY in 2002, Randy was the Detroit Office Managing partner for Andersen Business Consulting and its global automotive sector leader. Randy is married and has three daughters.
