Bickford is Director of Warranty Light Vehicle Systems for ArvinMeritor, Inc. Under his direction, he transformed the North American Warranty Program into a global initiative including the development of a center of expertise and a European staff. Bickford received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas and a Master of Business Administration degree from Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management.
