As Director of Sales, Quality, and Engineering, Katja developed and implemented quality programs that resulted in Dana’s FTE Mexicana facility earning QS-9000 certification after only 12 months in operation. Her efforts have helped Dana Corporation’s FTE Automotive group establish a world-class operation in Puebla, Mexico.
