Coles is a Senior Quality Reliability Engineer at American Axle & Manufacturing. She trains and coaches her fellow engineers, assists in new business initiatives, and supports product and manufacturing engineering.  Coles received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan, graduating with Honors.  She also obtained her Master of Business Administration degree from Baker College graduating with Highest Honors.
