Ray Scott is president and CEO of Lear Corporation. He is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of the company. In addition to being recognized as an industry leader, he supported the creation of the Safe Work Playbook and its wide-spread, magnanimous sharing. 

Scott started his career at Lear in 1988. He held positions in program management and sales before becoming senior vice president in 2009, and then president of global Electrical Power Management Systems. In 2011, he became executive vice president and then president of global Seating. Scott has held other executive positions in Europe and the U.S.
