Since joining Dana Corporation in 1974, Heine’s has been recognized for his leadership abilities and was appointed Manager of Advanced Engineering of Spicer Axle Division in 1983. He also co-authored several technical papers, a business consultant to Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).
