Dubey is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Netlink, a provider of professional information technology and business process solutions. Average annual revenue growth has exceeded 100% since 1997.  As of March 2008, Netlink became a global leader in ITO/BPO with $60 million in revenue.  Dubey holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College Bhopal in India.
