Delgrosso is Vice President of Operations for the General Motors Division at Lear Seating Corporation. His responsibilities include the management of nine “Just-in Time” assembly plant operations, product engineering, and program management.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and Master of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University.
