Thai-Tang is currently the Chief Engineer for Vehicle Engineering in Ford’s North American Car, Lifestyle Vehicles organization. Thai-Tang is responsible for the design, development, verification, and launch of all vehicle attributes for the Thunderbird, Windstar, and Mustang vehicle lines.  These vehicles account for nearly $9.5 billion of revenue for the Ford Motor Company in 2000.  At Ford, Thai-Tang serves as the lead recruiter at Carnegie-Mellon University, and is an active member of the Personnel Development Committee.
