As Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations for DaimlerChrysler Corporation, Norman was responsible for volume and capacity planning, distribution, incentives, sales forecasting and reporting, and dealer and field support. His position was broadened to include global integration of volume planning and distribution functions with the Chrysler Group brands as well as with other DaimlerChrysler brands. Norman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rice University and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
