As Vice President of Technology for the Plumley Companies, he has over fifteen years of experience in rubber and plastic processing and compounding in the fabrication of automotive products. He organized the company’s first research and development laboratory.  His engineering skills helped Plumley to be one of eight companies worldwide to earn Ford’s “Total Quality Excellence” award.
