He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of metal casting and forging company Metaldyne, an organization founded in 2001 by combining MascoTech, Simpson Industries and Global Metal Technologies.   He oversees a global automotive supply company with annual revenues of $2 billion and over 6,500 employees at 38 facilities in 14 countries around the world.
