In her current role as Vice President – Six Sigma for Lear Corporation, Bostic is Lear’s first minority female vice president and one of only a handful of automotive industry executives focused on utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to increase customer satisfaction in quality, cost and delivery. Bostic earned an Associate Degree in Statistics from Baker Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Kettering University, and a Master Degree in Manufacturing Management from Central Michigan University.
