Paluch is honored as Principal Engineer and Manager of Body Design for Honda R&D Americas, Inc. He is also is the Assistant Large Project Leader for the new 2001 Acura MDX luxury performance sport-utility vehicle. Paluch earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Ohio State University. He also served in the National Guard.
